Dear Nisse, welcome to SABA-Forum!
I saw that you come from Finland (your E-Mailadress). So I assumed, Otto answered you in your mother tongue.

Hi Otto
Do you have any link to a site with information on Saba Meersburg Automatic 100.
I'm wonderin about the stereo function on this set, there is in front buttons: Stereo and Mono and in the back sockets for Stereo amplifier/external speaker ?????.
Also should the sprache button stay in down position when pressed ???
Otherwise it's working fine now.
Auto tuning works and when you press the automatic buttons in front it seeks the next channel.
Very good radio in my opinion.

Nisse
Saba soi myös Suomessa hienosti. -

Hello Nisse,
please take a look at this link:
http://www.saba.pytalhost.com/1959/0016.jpg
Here you can see some important technical specifications from the SABA Meersburg 100 (and other models), built in 1959/60. Unfortunately only in German. Perhaps it helps a little bit? I hope you can read the very small letters from this scan.
Cheers, NorbertDAS BrAun-Forum: http://www.braun-hifi-forum.de -
Hello Norbert
Just what I was looking for. The graphics software Irfanview's zoom makes it very readable.
I think I can translate this text to finnish or get someone to do it for me.
Thank you very much for the scan.
Although the radio is working now I have decided to replace all the caps (thanks Otto for the advice).
Started the restoration of the cabin.
Regards
Nisse
