Saba Freiburg 3DS...Stereo

Hello friends, I have bought in Germany this radio and a lot of others radios and normally I'm very happy with German eBayer but this time I have received a radio that is modified in Stereo and this is not good for me.
I have already all schematics but I need if possible some high resolution pictures of the inside of the radio and of the back side of the chassis because I have also 2 burns resistors on the back of the chassis and probably one on the front of the chassis, the radio yesterday work but only one side speakers work, other side not and now after this resistors problems I prefer don't turn on it.

Hello, what a pitty...i dont own the "King" of the Saba´s, but i´m sure that you get your pictures from our 3DS-Owners.
Also, wer kann Bilder vom Innenleben beisteuern???

Yes, is really a pitty and I don't understand why made this kind of "upgrade" that is a downgrade for an old radio.

Very strange "upgrade" - but made with a certrain consequence.

Can you look what tube was used for the additional output stage? Seems there was made a stereo-amplifier for NF-audio, but no HF-stereo.

I cannot imagine that stereo sound from this radio is really good. The speaker are build to perform a good mono signal with some 3D acoustic in a room, but the base for real stereo is simply too poor...

Hello, stereo work only with plattenspieler and tonbandgerat, not with radio, there is a balance control and a mono-stereo switch in the back, also loudspeakers are a bit upgraded for work in stereo but they have only add 2 capacitors for the loudspeakers that don't have it, so 3 loudspeakers are for left channel and 3 for right one, if is possible I want "downgrade" the radio to original spec.

What about the amplifier inside? Original it is a mono amp!

I think that who have made this modify have use one EL 84 for everyone channel, instead of the ECC83 there is an EABC80.
