Reinhard

Lets give it a try.
Inecik, most of old audio Equipment suffer from oxidized contacts at switches and potentiometers. To clean them is always the first and quite simple thing to do. Use a electronic grade contact spray, apply some into all potis and switches and move each of them several times. No need to flush the parts completely, a small amount of spray is sufficient, when it reaches the insides. Then try again.
Do not use aggressive cleaners as Contact 60, it will destroy the contacts on the long run. Use something like Oszillin, also called tuner spray. Or, if you cannot find it, even WD40 or similar could do the job.
Radios, even small ones, are quite complex devices. To repair them the absolute minimum is, that you have a voltmeter and know how to use it.
Best regards

Hi "inecik" (is this your name ?),
apart from the "usual problem" as described by Christian, it would be helpful to know which SABA "Transeuropa" model you own, there are many different, but you will find information (schematics) on almost all at radiomuseum.org/
Usually there is a sticker in the battery compartment as an identifier
Good luck and best regards, Bernd -

Did you try all bands like L, M, K and UKW?
Try L and M at night because of good reception.
At day you will only receive local stations.
Where do you live?

Greetings to Turkey!
L M K seems to be difficult in Turkey.
I found only one radio station in Bulgaria.
It is Radio Horizont, 576 kHz, 400 kW power.
