Please replace C527 and C521. Both might have excessive leakage current, C521 partial short to ground, because it is very likely defective. C521 is heated by the U-shaped heatsink of T522. Habe bei mir nur einen Konverter für die umgekehrte Richtung: Von SCART bzw. S-Video auf HDMI. Ist aber auch nicht so dolle, Bildschärfe leidet. Ich denke, das könnte was mit der Um-Skalierung der Bild-Formate zu tun haben, also Schärfeverlust durch die Interpolation? Wenn das so ist, könnte es evtl. ein grundsätzliches Problem sein und weniger eine Frage eines "guten" oder "weniger guten" Konverters. Ist aber nur eine Vermutung.
