9141tc US Ausführung

      9141tc US Ausführung

      Hallo,

      Zusammenfassend:
      - Euro Stecker
      - 220 V Ausführung
      - Seriennummern Aufkleber mit "US" Stempel
      - Aufkleber "Caution" auf Geräteunterseite
      Grüße Tommy

      Hallo,

      Hi,
you could check the voltages on the power relay board (100 mA fuse, 25V and 18V after the voltage regulator). If ok, check the voltage at the base of T636 when you try to switch the device on. It should rise from zero to something around 0,7 V when the system works as intended. Bear in mind, that the schematic is not correct. T636 is a NPN-device (BC237B), not as drawn a PNP.

      your good friend:
I checked that there are 28V and 17.8v behind the voltage regulator, and one pin of T636 (BC237B) is also 28v.
Please tell me what to do next, what went wrong?
The current state is: power on/press the power switch, the 2 red lights on the left side are on, and the dial indicator is off. Then I pressed the function key FM, and saw that the machine started to start, the indicator light of the dial turned on, and it shut off automatically in 3 seconds.

Excuse me, saba 9141 TC power relay RS 653 model, specific parameters, I want to buy, or alternative models can also be used, thank you friends.

      Hi,

it should not be that difficult to find a replacement. Search for a general purpose print relay with coil voltage of 24V and one closing contact. 10 A up to 16 A switching current capability will be fine.
I would try a Omron G2R-1A-E DC24, other manufacturers are possible too.

So the supply voltages for the standby system are ok. A lighted dial band after pressing "FM" is a sign, that the power relais and the transistor T636 are working. But why the system switches itself off again, I have no clue. Because I never owned or repaired this receiver type, I am afraid, I am not the right person to assist, when it comes to the details of the control system.

You remained unclear what your failure symptom actually is.
You first wrote: "Power on, the relay does not start". "The relay", which relay? The loudspeaker relais does not start? Or the mains relay does not start?
Now you write that the power on relay does start, but after 3 seconds "it" shuts off. What do you mean by "it" ? Does all power shut off (all lights off and silent) or do the loudspeaker relais shut off so that the unit is still "on" but just silent (some of the lights still on)?

Does this ONLY happen if you push the FM button or also if you push the TAPE (BAND) button?

Please describe exactly what is happening.

      Best Regards,
      Reinhard
Thank you friends for your help,
      saba 9141 failure:
      1. Press the power switch, only the two red lights next to the switch light up, nothing else happens, the indicator light does not light up, and the machine does not start.
      2. Press the FM button again, the indicator will light up and you can hear the sound of the power relay starting, but only for 2 seconds, the machine will automatically shut down.
      You wrote that already.

Would you answer these specific qestions, please?

      1. Does all power shut off (all lights off and silent) or do the loudspeaker relais shut off so that the unit is still "on" but just silent (some of the lights still on)?
      2. Does the unit's power shut off (you wrote machine shuts down) ONLY if you push the FM button or also if you push the TAPE (BAND) button?
      3. What do you mean by "press the FM-button again". You did not push it before, did you? Thus, "push FM button again" isn't right? Or is it? In that case: When did you push FM the first time?

Due to translation reasons, my description is not comprehensive enough,
      Failure boot process:
      1. Insert the plug into the power supply (at this time all the indicators are off and there is no sound);
      2. Press the power switch of 9141 (2 red LED lights near the power switch are on, one of the LED lights flashes), the others have no response and no sound;
      3. Press the FM button, all the indicator lights will light up for only 1 second, and all the indicator lights will automatically go out. The sound of the relay switch can be heard in this 1 second, and there is no other response.
I want to ask: Where do I start to check the fault, thank you.
